The church of St Pierre Marnans (20 km from the gîte)

Built by the St. Augustin canons, it became the property of the Antonin order in 1286. In 1557 it survived the wars of religion in spite of the destruction of the rest of the Abbey. In 1755 the church became the property of the Order of Malta and parish church, according to the terms of the Concordat.
